Our private mortgage rates start at 6.99% and vary based on loan type, loan-to-value ratio, property location, and borrower profile. Private mortgage rates are generally higher than A-lender rates; this reflects the additional flexibility and risk we accept. What is the maximum LTV you offer?

We offer LTV up to 85% on residential properties in first mortgage position, and up to 85% combined LTV for second mortgages. Commercial and land products have different LTV limits. LTV is calculated based on a current property appraisal.
